Q.

#asktheexperts baby wakes up frequently in the night every 30 mins to one hour. feeds milk and sleep again for some time. very tiring. any solution?

A. ensure the baby takes dinner properly and then before bed milk... the best way to put baby sleep gv a good massage before bed play some soothing music as baby is sleeping
