Maam regular practice with anything is only going to help you just have to keep correcting the child and to teach the correct pronunciation of the word you should break the word and make your child pronounce two alphabets together with a sound and so on over the period the child will pick up it’s not a problem right now and from the beginning itself you should get the child into the habit of reading that helps in better learning as well as better pronunciation with time
