Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Hi, Min 300-500 ml of milk is enough in a day. Give milk products like paneer curd khoya cheese etc. Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength.
