Q.

#asktheexperts “My baby is latching well, but I feel that my breast milk supply is very low. He seems to be hungry even after breastfeeding and keeps crying. He is latching and sucking, but I don’t think he is getting enough milk. What should I do to increase my milk supply? Does he need a supplement, and if so, how much should I give per feed?”

A. Shatavari how you can take three terms in the day with warm milk which will help in elevating your lactation plus along with that having good proteins and plenty of fluids in your diet would be good and if needed you can also substitute formula for the time being
