Uma RamMom of 2 children20 hours agoA. Hello good afternoon ! Due to less intake of water and milk ,motions dehydration happens. Give frequent feeds every two hours and water,fluids like coconut water,barley,water melon extract,fruit and vegetable purie/mash .
