#asktheexperts My baby is 3month old and I could see red speckles in his poop. Is this normal? Also my baby showing teething signs . Is it not too early ?

This could be blood actually so you should consult your doctor they will confirm what is the situation mostly is associated with stomach infection but your doctor has to confirm as only on that basis they can assist you with the correct treatment to start with
