Uma RamMom of a 8 yr 2 m old boy4 days agoA. Hello good morning !! Few new born babies don't pass regular stools as they absorb all the nutrients . If the baby is actively taking feed with no gas,tight tummy then no need to worry until 3-4 days. Give frequent feeds and do gentle tummy massage with warm coconut oil or castor oil for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction .
