Oh yes it is a good option that can be given to the child but if you have a problem with the digestion first you should fix the digestion of the child maybe the weight is also not happening because of poor digestion so check with your doctor to start with digestive enzymes and if it helps in elevating the weight then prefer giving home-made food rather than giving powder in the milk
