Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl3 days agoA. You should give liquid base diet to the child currently I think that would be a very good option for you because during teeth coming that’s one of the biggest thing that you can take care of and for fever you can repeat paracetamol every six hours
