#asktheexperts my baby 4 month 7days and he is not taking proper nap during day only for 20 to 40 min in nap and also from one nap to another nap he will take 3 to 4 hours gap

Jasmine KaurMom of a 10 yr 1 m old boy8 hours agoA. Hello dear parentc as your baby will grow his wake up time will increase. Now slowly you can start setting a routine by not making baby sleep in the evening. And instead straight away sleep at night.
