#asktheexperts My 5 weeks old baby grunts a lot and put lot of pressure/strain to poop and pass gas especially when lying on his back in bed. This happens the entire night.

A. it is common. might be due to trapped gases. burp him well post feeding n keep in an upright position for some time. daily practice him tummy time. o k
