Still he doesn't communicate with any friends or staff members. He has speech delay. He speaks just like one year or one and half years old. Is it normal?

Look if the child is communicating well with parents and grandparents a that very clearly means there is no speech delay okay so it is just that your child is hesitant to talk to other people because maybe the child is not very comfortable so you have to make sure that your child is comfortable try to talk to your child more and more and say make new friends you should talk to your friends you should talk to the teacher your counselling is going to be helpful
