#asktheexperts My 13 year old son wets pant at night, what can be done, we try to wake him at night so that he can go to the washroom to pee. but still there are days when he wets his pants in sleep.

Which time that you consult an expert in the areas doctors believe up till the age of nine years to 10 years it is normal and you are trying your best to wake up your child also so check with an expert and avoid giving liquids at least two hours before your child goes to sleep for at least one hour before the child goes to sleep this will be helpful and you have to consult the doctor because it’s quite a delay in the process
