You can actually use a silicon tongue cleaner if you’re giving any iron supplement it can be associated with that otherwise if that’s not the situation please take an assessment with a dentist and currently I can recommend you to also use Babyhug toothpaste and toothbrush or a silicon cleaner with which you can clean the tank
