Ma’am sometimes you do poor digestion or nutritional deficiency despite of eating well the weight is not increasing so just look for these things plus since your child is 5+ you should get your child involved into good physical activities or sports which will also help in breaking the monotony of weight gain will help in increasing the appetite and the growth overall would be very good
