If the baby is on breast feed the mother has taken any leafy green ,iron supplements or the baby has given any iron or multi vitamin syrups then passing green colour stool is normal. Only concern if the baby passes frequent dark yellow or green urine and green stools,having fever,face, eyes,body are greenish colour then consult the Doctor.
