#asktheexperts I have pcod, I always had irregular periods but from past two or three months I am having periods for 20-21 days, and that too very heavy. is it normal or concerning. and I am gaining weight too much what can I do for it.

A. hi mom you can show to doctor once and get all the test done once dont worry even for weight gain concerns meet a qualified dietitian walk for half an hour daily
