#asktheexperts I am a working mother and my baby cried everyday ever since I joined back after maternity leave, now she's almost 3 and I have taken a break till October, should I join after that or extend the break till she joins school?

Look ma’am very honestly I would tell you if you have to go ahead with your job and you have to continue working then you can start working from next month like after October as you have planned initially it would be difficult but the child will manage because if you keep extending your leaves like this child will never get used to staying without and according to the age if you enrol your child to play group basically pre-nursery then this is a good age for that so the child will also get to live a little bit time without separation anxiety will also reduce over the period
