#asktheexperts I always think that my milk supply is low because baby gets hungry in one hour of feeding but after formula feeding he gets hungry in two hours or more.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 weeks agoA. Hey! Include methi, Roasted Makhana, jeera , saunf in your diet. The more your baby takes in your breastmilk directly, the better will be the supply. You can also check with a lactation consultant for proper guidance
