#asktheexperts how to make the baby latch properly? pre mature baby born at 33 wks 3 days, admitted in NICU for 8 days and was on CPAP for first 3 days. Fed with Katori Spoon initially and later on shifted to bottle feed on Day 12 of life. now baby is 1 month old and takes bottle feed properly but fails to latch on breast.

Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl5 days agoA. With premature child it takes a little time to consult a lactation specialist they have an expertise in the area and they will tell you how to feed the child directly how to make the child comfortable latch directly on the breast
