Mam you should do regular work as you are doing at your home whatever your routine is just follow the same way just make sure that you are not exerting yourself and doing over the top of any day just do work in a very relaxed manner as it is suitable for you just do at least thousand steps to 1500 steps per day if you can manage that would come
