#asktheexperts hi my 7 months old baby facing constipation issue from 4 months hard stool and difficult to pass stool please give a solution

You should give more fibre and fluids in the diet which is really very important when you start giving food to the child at the same time I am also going to recommend you that you should give about 30 ML of prune juice in the night before sleeping and apply some castor oil in the navel at the same time
