That’s alright as milk is not of that importance in this age of the kids are not liking to have milk it’s alright just try and give more of dairy products where you can include Paneer cheese and curd plus if you think that your kids are going to like to taste of milkshakes and smoothies with fruits try that option otherwise if not milk is there then other things would be good plus you can give buttermilk three times in the day which is super healthy
Abi MuthuramanMom of a 2 yr 7 m old boy1 day agoA. Start slowly. Don’t force them. Ask them to try first. Atleast one sip a day is better. That itself is a big win. You may first add it to juices and later they will get used to the taste. All the best.
