#asktheexperts hello I delivered baby girl on Wednesday and from yesterday onwards my chest become pain and it's like stone

A. It could be due to blocking of mammary ducts do apply warm compress over and around breast yo reduce tenderness and pain and gently manually express milk and start feeding your baby

A. Check with your doctor because it’s only three or four days for your delivery your Dr will be able to tell you what’s the problem sometimes it could be associated with the feeding also but you shouldn’t take a chance if it has become so hard and painful please check with your doctor
