#asktheexperts every night at around 1:30-2:30 Hridaann, my 9 month baby sits up while sleeping as if he is unable to breath & makes that unbreathable sound, this winter.

A. Maybe your child is having severe blocked nose which is why the child is unable to breathe and feeling breathlessness please consult your doctor in such a situation nebulising will be very helpful but without assistance also you can give steam indirectly to your child
