#asktheexperts am in 6th month pregnant .Night sleeping issues and not to sleep the side of right of heavy pain

A. Check with your doctor if the pain is heavy a lot of women feel this kind of situation that they cannot sleep because they have some kind of stress anxiety sometimes they’re very scared so you really need to calm your nerves well before you go to sleep so meditation would be very helpful
