Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children5 years agoA. infection in the baby can be indigestion also Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk

There Lots of reasons associated with with diarrhoea it could be teeth coming it could be some stomach infection it could be upset stomach and number of reasons can be there behind it so yes you’ll have to perform with it with your doctor so why your child is suffering with diarrhoea
