#asktheexpert my child who is 2years old has my thyroid medication in his hand. i doubt if he is consumed any pill from it. I'm too worried plz let me know wt symptoms he feels if he would have consumed and also wt should I do nect

ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. hi mom u need to mention the strength of the pill .. if it is minimal dose 25 and only single pill then you need not worry about it .. else consult with your pediatrician

Author of questionMom of a 5 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. i Take thyronorm 150 mg, not sure if he has consumed or was just holding it in his hands, but the cap was open. it's been more than 24 hrs now, i kept check on his activity he is normal and active as always. just that he is caught cold. i did not visit any pediatrician as he was normal.

Ikad mostly been vomiting or uneasy lies that your child and have but we cannot be sure about the side-effect of the medicine and also not aware about the dosage of the medicine that your take a say good enough for you to consult your paediatrician ones
