A. Hello mom keep a track on the kind of food she is consuming ? As she is quite underweight for her age . Though if she is active for her age and eating well it’s fine .. but gradually increase the quantity of the food given to her . Also foods that are healthy and high on calories can be given such as eggs , dry fruits and nuts , milk , panner , ghee , home made butter , sago , stuff paranthas such as of potatoes or panner etc , variety of dals , chana , rajma etc
