#asktheexpert I'm 32 week pregnant bt my cervix is small so doctor told me that 90 percent chances of premature delivery..so plz doc.tell me what to do to prevent premature delivery

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 4 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi ideally there is mainly 3 options first is cervical cerclage which should be done at 12-14 weeks of pregnancy but as you are 33 weeks pregnant,this option we can't consider second is of progesterone supplementation and third is just wait and see. please discuss this with your gynecologist as he or she can assess your individual situation,risk factors and medical history to recommend the most suitable for you.
