#AskTheExpert I got period only twice after delivery.. my baby is 6 months old now.. before pregnancy also my periods were irregular.. what should I do?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. after delivery its very common to have irregular periods or amenorrhea till one year due to hormonal fluctuations but if you had same problems before also then you need to do routine investigation to rule out the cause

Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children5 years agoA. Hi, You should visit doc regarding this as without check up , one cannot suggest anything. I would suggest to have "Ashokarishta ayurvedic medicine" for irregular periods as this is natural product. Eat healthy and nutritious food. Have plenty of water.
