A. for any one diet us important.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. hi for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child. give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child. include dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet .
