A. Dear parent, to gain weight of your child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Continue to breastfeed and give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet. Add ghee to baby’s food.

A. hello most of the kids can be slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and include fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products
