Q.

#AskTheExpert hi dr. my baby is 10 months 24 days old I unable to understand how much amount of solid food should be given to my baby.. he take solid food in break fast 1bowl of daal with 1/4 part of chhapati .. in lunch two spoon of rice with cow milk mixture full 1bowl .... in dinner sabaji with1/4 chappati. 1bowl .. but I think he needs more when I feed him he always wants to take more.. and how much gap should be given btwn solid and milk intake becz.. after solid feed he wants milk after 1:30 hr.. but I think gap should be 2 hrs.. but he never wait so.. I serve him fM after 1:30 hr / 2 hrs gap.. so plz guide me and his FM intake 180 ml and in 24 hrs his fm intake (5-6) times

A. hi, if you feel that he need more food tha you must increase the portion of food that you offer during nesl time. keek a gap of 3 hours between two meal.
