#AskTheExpert hello Sir/Mam, meri beti ko khana khane k baad thoda pet main dard hota hain bolti hain tik navi k upar thoda pain hota hai fir kuch der baad tik hojata hai. kiya problm ho rha hai main samaj nahi paraha hu. plz answer 🙏🏻

A. नमस्ते यह कई कारणों से होता है जैसे जल्दी खाने की आदत, खाना ठीक से न चबाना, अपच, ज्यादा खाना, जबरदस्ती खाना , dehydration या संक्रमण। इसलिए, कृपया सुनिश्चित करें कि आपका बच्चा भोजन को अच्छी तरह चबाता है। अपने बच्चे को जबरदस्ती न ही खिलाएं। प्राकृतिक प्रोबायोटिक्स जैसे ताजा दही छाछ आदि अधिक दें। छोटे-छोटे bites में भोजन दें। अपने बच्चे को अच्छी तरह से हाइड्रेटेड रखें। अदरक का एक छोटा टुकड़ा, चुटकी भर नमक और नींबू के रस की कुछ बूंदों के साथ रोजाना सुबह दें।
