#AskTheExpert good morning Dr my son is 2yrs 9 months and he is not talking. he only speaks one word at a time or he will repeat rhymes while watching and that too very seldom. he speaks only when he wants eg., he knows phonics but no matter how hard I ll try to make him say his phonics, he won't say until he feels.
