#asktheexparts My 1.5 months old baby boy is totally on my breast milk and his current weight is 3.5kg which is low as per WHO chart. Should I start formula alongwith breast milk to him?

A. The weight of your child seems to be fine I don’t know what was the birth weight but the child should gain at least 500 g more than that every month every child has different birth weight and further weight is evaluated on that WHO standard weight is not applicable in this situation and still if you feel your child is underweight then you can give formula to the child
