reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food.
Have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources.
don't skip breakfast. Have good water intake.
at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily.
Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.
