after 2 days fever temprature is normal but rash found full body of baby. please suggest what action need to take

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. ok. it seems post viral fever skin rashes. apply calamine lotion over affected skin. give more liquids, it will subside itself in a couple of days all the very best. !
