Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. baby wt is fine babies gain around 600 to 800 g per month... should be double the birth wt at 4 to 6 months and three times the birth wt at completing one yr... it is exclusively breast feeding recommended fr 6 mnths
