yesterday my 16 month baby got hurt, while playing she got little bruise on her head so do we need to see a doctor and get her with a Tetnus vaccination?

Yes if the bruises are there then better to check with your doctor because it is on the head if it is on the body then you can apply TBACT ointment and I do not know with what object your child got hurt so if it is associated with iron or any kind of metal then yes it would be good to get a tetnus shot done
