A. Low weight can be due to low birth weight, inadequate feeding, frequent illness, or genetic factors. Assess weight using a growth chart rather than a single measurement. Ensure proper breastfeeding/formula frequency and correct feeding technique. After 6 months, add nutritious complementary foods. Consult a pediatrician to evaluate growth pattern and rule out underlying causes.

A. The weight of the child is generally low when they don’t take proper feed from the beginning or don’t get enough feed from the mother and if your child is taking feet of the weight is not increasing that means your feet is not enough I believe you should start giving formula to the child
