Which paracetamol drops can I give to my baby after vaccination

Calpol drops you can give to the child it would be a good option because it’s a basic paracetamol the doctors recommend after vaccination so you can give five drops of that one time can repeat after six hours if the temperature is still there or it is rising or if the pain is really much during that time
