ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. use home base hing paste.. irs easy.. Take one spoon of lukewarm water.add pinch of heeng (asafetida) in it. Powdered heeng will dissolve fastly in water, Apply it around nevel in clockwise direction. Do not massage. Just apply and leave. Do folding and cyclic exercises of legs to release gas.
