Hi Wash hairs often with chemical free shampoo apply onion paste twice a week to make hairs smooth and to reduce hair fall and parabean free shampoo apply coconut oil or olive oil and also apply onion paste regularly to reduce hair fall Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Give fibre rich food fruits vegetables juice papaya pear banana carrot whole grains milk products
