A. dear parent for healthy weight gain of your child, include healthy source of protein in every meal. you can give eggs, non veg, pulses, legumes, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts like almonds.

A. There is no such chart suggested to give all the family food plus good proteins in the diet both veg and nonveg can be given which would be helpful and make sure to avoid giving mutton till the age of 2 1/2 years to 3 years of age
