She has vomited while coughing. Her stomach is not upset. can I give her milk?

Is it necessary to give milk because sometimes milk creates a little more cough if the child is already having cough and vomiting so if you want to give some liquid you can give some buttermilk and Coconut water that would be a better choice but if you insist then you can give it in a a limited amount
