Q.
Our doctor give fosid (seductive) for my 30 days old baby. Is this medicine safe to take? He was have gas problem and was not able to sleep.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. that medicine to be avoided whenever there is confusion regarding the treatment given by your doctor and if you are not satisfied with the answers you can always take a second opinion of another doctor of the same field. weather a particular investigation or treatment is proper or not can be confirmed only after taking relevant history and doing proper examination of the child which will be done by the second doctor.

Bonnisan five drops you can give four times in a day maximum of needed this is going to be a better option and the other medicine that your doctor has given would be good only and would be safe only otherwise the doctor would have never advised you to give it to the child in the first place
