A. Continue tummy time every day while the baby is awake and supervised. Several short sessions are fine if the baby gets tired. Put a toy or your face directly in front of the baby to encourage lifting and turning the head. Try tummy time on your chest while you are reclined; this can be easier and still encourages head lifting. Give plenty of floor play on the back and tummy, rather than keeping the baby for long periods in swings, bouncers or car seats. When carrying the baby upright, support the head and neck until control improves.

A. The table 50% by completing the age of three months and full stability that you’re looking for will be happening by the time of six months complete so if it is partially stable when you give tummy time to the child the child can lift his head that means the partial stability has been achieved which is fine and if you do not see that also happening then you can check with your doctor once
