My son is having stomach pain, vomiting and loss of appetite from last 10 days... doctor examined but they didn't find any reason. ultrasound is sound . blood test is done. stool test is also done. what will be the reason?

It could be associated with stomach infection or it could also be associated with some other issue if you have done all the scan nothing is coming out in the scan but still the child is complaining I suggest you to visit a gastroenterologist they have an expertise in the area they will advise you after examining the child
